Function Description

The treadmill is a motorized device primarily used for walking or running indoors. It features a running belt, a display console, and armrests. The console provides various functions for controlling the treadmill and displaying workout data. It also includes Bluetooth music connectivity, allowing users to play audio from their mobile devices through the treadmill's speakers. A key safety feature is the emergency stop device, activated by a safety lock, which immediately stops the treadmill in case of an emergency.

Important Technical Specifications

  • Category: Single function treadmill

Usage Features

Assembly: The treadmill requires some assembly. The process involves lifting the treadmill from its packing box, then lifting and fixing the meter and column to the main frame using M8*15 screws. The dial is then fixed to the column with M8*15 screws, and the left and right side covers are attached with 4.2*16 screws. All screws should be tightened with an Allen wrench.

Operation:

  1. Placement: Place the treadmill on a level and open ground.
  2. Power On: Turn on the power switch; the indicator lights up, and a buzzer sounds.
  3. Safety Check: Check the display for abnormalities and stand on the non-slip edge strips.
  4. Safety Lock: Place the safety lock in its designated position on the console and clip it to your clothes. This is a crucial emergency stop device.
  5. Start: Press the "start" key. The display will show a countdown (3 beeps), and the motor will start. Some models may have a "start key" on the armrest.
  6. Stop: Press the "stop" button to gradually decrease speed and stop the treadmill. A "stop button" may also be present on the armrest.
  7. Speed Adjustment: Use the "speed plus" and "speed minus" buttons on the panel (or armrest, if available) to adjust the running speed.
  8. Direct Speed Selection: Press the direct speed selection buttons to quickly reach a desired speed range.

Bluetooth Music Connection:

  1. Open Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
  2. Search for the system music Bluetooth device named "WZKJ".
  3. Once connected, audio signals from your mobile phone will be wirelessly transmitted to the treadmill's color screen speaker for playback.

Safety Instructions:

  • Always use a grounded power socket (220V-240V).
  • Ensure the plug is fully inserted into a qualified socket without looseness.
  • Do not modify the plug or socket; consult an electrician if incompatible.
  • Keep the power cord away from the roller and running belt.
  • Unplug the treadmill before cleaning or maintenance to prevent injury and damage.
  • Check all parts for tightness before each use.
  • Do not use the product outdoors or in high humidity/sunlight.
  • Turn off and unplug the treadmill when leaving it unattended.
  • The treadmill is for home use only, not professional training or medical purposes.
  • Children and individuals with mental or physical limitations should only use the treadmill under supervision.
  • Wear comfortable, tight-fitting clothing to avoid entanglement.
  • Keep hands and feet clear of the running belt gap.
  • Place the treadmill in a dry, clean, flat environment away from direct sunlight, humidity, or dust.
  • Store the product properly when not in use, protecting it from sun and moisture.
  • Only one person should use the treadmill at a time.
  • Heart rate display is for reference only and not for medical diagnosis.
  • In an emergency (e.g., wrong or too fast speed), quickly pull the safety lock rope, hold the handrails, jump off the running belt, and step onto the anti-skid edges.
  • Maintain a safe distance of 2000mm x 1000mm behind the equipment.
  • Use only original accessories.

Maintenance Features

Daily Maintenance:

  • Do not use sandpaper or solvents for cleaning.
  • Protect the controller from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Regularly check and lock all parts; replace damaged parts immediately.
  • The running belt is the most vulnerable part and should be replaced if wear is severe.

Running Belt Adjustment: The running belt's tightness and center position may need adjustment over time due to stretching.

  1. Tightness Adjustment:

    • Insert a 5mm Allen wrench into the adjustment screw on the left side of the walking belt.
    • Turn the wrench 1/4 turn clockwise to tighten the rear roller.
    • Repeat on the right side, ensuring both screws are turned the same distance to keep the rear roller parallel to the frame.
    • Repeat until the running belt no longer slips.
    • Caution: Do not overtighten, as this can damage the running belt, rollers, and bearings, leading to abnormal sounds or other issues. To reduce tension, turn the wrench counter-clockwise.
  2. Centering the Running Belt:

    • Due to uneven foot pressure during running, the belt may deviate from the center. This is normal when no one is running, and it should re-center when in use. If it doesn't, manual adjustment is needed.
    • Run the treadmill without load at 6KM/H.
    • Observe the distance of the running belt from the left and right side bars.
    • If deviating to the left, turn the left screw 1/4 turn clockwise with an Allen wrench.
    • If deviating to the right, turn the right screw 1/4 turn clockwise with an Allen wrench.
    • Repeat until the walking belt is centered.
    • After centering, adjust the speed to 1KM/H and observe for any deviation or smooth running. Repeat steps if necessary.
    • Warning: Do not overtighten the drum, as this will cause permanent bearing damage. If these steps don't work, the running belt may need further tightening.

Warm-up and Stretching: The manual emphasizes the importance of warm-up and stretching routines before and after exercise to prevent injury and aid recovery.

  • Warm-up: Includes upright steps (20 steps forward, rest 1 min), forward lunges (10 times per leg), and hip spans (10 times per side).
  • Stretching (after exercise): Includes scapular extension, triceps extension, chest extension, calf extension, quadriceps stretch, and back muscle stretching. These routines aim to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and prevent pain.
