Some features of the inline remote do not work with my device.
• The headphones are compatible with iOS and Android systems and only support
CTIA standard audio jacks. Visit the product support section at www.1more.com
for more information on compatibility. Please note that some features may vary
depending on your device's original software. Please refer to your device manual
for details.
The tips of the headphones fall out of my ears easily.
• The tips may not be the right size for your ear canal. We include extra tips in
different sizes with the headphones. Experiment with different sizes until you
find the tips that best fit your ear canal.
I hear abnormal sounds, such as static.
• For best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files (> 20MB per
song) in formats such as APE and FLAC. Abnormal sounds may be caused by
improper device shielding. Try using another device with proper shielding.
When using third-party music/video player applications, some functions of the
inline remote control may not match those in the manual.
• Your device's operating system and third-party applications may have different
settings for inline remote functions. We recommend that you use the
music/video player applications provided by your device manufacturer.
