1. The device is not properly
connected to the charger
Make sure the product is properly
connected to the charger. Check for
poor contact in the connections.
2. The contact is good, but the
charging indicator is not on
Turn on the output port button. If there
is still no result, the charger might be
broken, please contact after-sales service
3. The charging indicator is on, device
is still not charging
The device might be broken, please
contact device after-sales service

power
1. The equipment is not properly
connected to the charger
Make sure the equipment is properly
connected to the charger. Check for

2. The output port is not turned on Press the output port button

1. The rated power or instantaneous
starting power of the equipment used is
greater than the power of the product.

2. The alarm symbol appears on the
display screen. A beep sounds and
the product automatically turns off the
output.
