Setting SNMP Agent
Status
SNMP services can be enabled or disabled for all management clients
(that is, versions 1 and 2c) using the
SNMP Setup Page.
Monitor users have no access to this page.
To set the operational status for SNMP:
1 Click Administration > SNMP > Setup. The SNMP Setup Page opens:

The SNMP Setup Page contains the following fields:
■ SNMP Agent Status — Specifies if SNMP is enabled on the device.
The possible field values are:
■ Enabled — Enables SNMP on the device.
■ Disabled — Disables SNMP on the device.
2 Set the status field.
3 Click . The SNMP agent status is defined, and the device is
updated.
