3 To enable automatic saving of changes to a network plan, select Auto
Save Changes.
To disable this option, clear Auto Save Changes. By default, this option
is disabled.
4 In the Save Interval box, specify how often network plan is to be saved,
from 1 to 1440 minutes (24 hours). The default is 10 minutes.
5 To disable change notification, clear the Plan Change Notification
checkbox.
6 To change the notification interval, specify the interval, from 1 to 1440
minutes (24 hours), in the Plan Change Notification Interval box. The
default is 1 minute.
7 Click Close to close the Preferences dialog box, or click another tab to
continue making changes.
Changing Tools
Options
You can change the Telnet and Web browser applications that start from
the 3WXM Tools menu. The default Telnet application is Microsoft Telnet
Client. The default Web browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer.
To change tools options:
1 Select Tools > Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.
2 Click the Tool s tab.
3 To change the Telnet executable file or location used by 3WXM, type the
path of the executable file in the Telnet Executable box.
