2. Click the X-axis button in Hardware Limit min menu. Find the negative end position. There is clear visibility of the two end stop pins from the
back. First, navigate the unit as close as touching the pin, and then move it away 110 ±10 µm. Click the Home button to set the Stage back to X
zero.
3. Set the value Hardware Limit max, too, as described in step 2.
Caution!
The Relative Hardware limits values in X and Y are both approximate values, the real values can be higher than the given maximum. In this case,
subtract the same amount from both values so that they are correct!
