USB Battery Charger
FR09 USB battery charger for 3M PELTOR products.
To be used only with FR08. Only for charging batteries
of NiMH type (Nickel Metal Hydride), any other use can
cause damage to charger or battery.
Charging Time
The charging time for fully discharged battery is 10 hours
as maximum with 300 mA. This charging process is
controlled which allows a battery that is not quite empty
to be fully charged in less time. Charging will be longer
if the USB device that the charger “FR09” is connected
to cannot supply sufcient power. The timer is then
disabled and the battery doesn’t indicate green LED
when fully charged.
Charging Status Indicator
The charger is equipped with a charging status
indicator. It consists of a two-color LED (Red/green). It
indicates the current charger status in accordance with
the table below.

* Pre charge is used when the batteries are deeply
discharged.
** Fault may occur when charging defect batteries or in
case of USB power failure.
