• Never add a pillow, comforter or padding. Use only the
seat provided by 4moms®. The 4moms® newborn insert
may be used with this product.
• If your baby cannot sit in a reclined or upright position or
has special needs, check with your doctor about when to
start using this product.
• Never use this product as a car seat.
• Do not use product near water. Do not use the base or
power supply if either has been exposed to liquid.
• Do not place product in any location where there are
cords, such as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords,
etc. Strings can cause strangulation. Do not place items
with a string around your child’s neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords while using product.
• Do not suspend strings over the product or attach strings
to toys. Do not hang toys from the toy bar other than
those provided by 4moms® for use with this product.
• Cords can cause strangulation. Keep power cords away
from baby.
• Only use the power cord provided.
• Do not use product without the fabric seat cover.
• For indoor use only.
WARNING
FALL and STRANGULATION HAZARDS: Babies have
suffered head injuries falling from swings and have
strangled in straps.
• ALWAYS use the restraint system. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry while baby is in this product.
• The upright position is only for babies who have
developed enough upper body control to sit up without
tipping forward.
• ALWAYS place this product on floor. Never use on any
elevated surface.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated when
seats tipped over on soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• Stay near and watch baby during use. This product is not
safe for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby falls asleep,
move baby as soon as possible to a firm, flat sleep
surface such as a crib or bassinet.
• STOP use of this product when baby reaches a maximum
of 25lbs (11.3 kg) or when baby attempts to climb out
(approximately 9 months), whichever comes first.
