The PC Operator is a modern CTI application that allows Operator and Attendant
functions to be carried out conveniently with a mouse click or keystroke on the
PC.
By integrating operator and information centre functions the PC Operator Con-
sole assists telephone attendants in dealing with their many different tasks:
• Switching calls
• Maintaining a clear overview of telephone traffic
• Answering enquiries
• Administering calls
