Each system has its own numbering plan. The numbers always start with 200.
If the subscribers of one system want to call a subscriber in another system, they
dial the corresponding prefix followed by the subscriber number. For example, a
subscriber of system 2 wans to obtain the number 210 in system 3. He dials
60210.
A separate region has to be created for each system (similarly to the regions in the
public network). To this end we need to specify the regional prefix for each sys-
tem:
1. Specify the region for each system:
System 1: Region 40
System 2: Region 50
System 3: Region 60
