Other necessary configurations
The following parameters must also be configured.
In the Fault & Maintenance Manager:
System ID of the PBX. This is important so that the PBX can be identified by the
SEM. The system ID must match the system ID stored in the AIMS Shell. In the
system ID you can store a serial number or the DDI number for the remote
maintenance of the PBX (20 digits).
In the Configuration Manager:
Route 3 must be allocated trunk groups with digital network interfaces
("Routes" setting).
4.1.3.3 Local signal destinations
Depending on the event table allocated, event messages are sent to a specified
local signal destination.
