If the first destination is busy with multiple destinations busy, the second is not
called and the caller obtains the busy tone.
The destinations are defined for each of the three switch positions of the selected
switching group (e.g. for Day, Night, Weekend). Other destinations can be
defined for each position ("Switching group" setting, "Position 1", "Position 2"
and "Position 3").
