8.4.16 Callback if subscriber busy / free
This feature is used to obtain an automatic callback if a subscriber is busy or if a
call to a subscriber who is signalled as free goes unanswered.
Callback if subscriber busy
Subscriber A has the possibility of activating a callback to busy subscriber B (call-
back request). As soon as busy subscriber B becomes free, subscriber A will be
called back within 10 s. As soon as A picks up the phone, the system automatically
calls subscriber B, who is now free.
