• Based on Figure 108, it is important to understand that the tags are not actually
deleted, instead, the Sync Service Syn
chronization is stopped.
• Make sure to fix the disconnected network and restart the 800xA History Sync
Service to re-
sync with the database and show the correct status in 800xA
History Tag Property Info as shown in Figure 107.
Based on the disconnection timing, the Sync can be stopped at any moment. In
the example given, the Sync stopped at 800xA History Tags value of 936.
