2. Prepare to make holes in the UK gland plate for the glands where you will make
the 360-degree grounding for the power and control cables. Lay out the SWA
glands onto the gland plate so that the earth straps have space, Then, make the
holes in the plate at a separate location away from the drive to prevent swarf from
entering the drive.
