Fit two guide pins to the axis-2 joint unit.1

Cleaning agent: IsopropanolRemove any old residuals of flange sealant from
the lower arm mounting surface and clean with
isopropanol.

Flange sealant: Loctite 574

Apply new flange sealant to the corner of the
lower arm mounting surface, as pointed out in the
figure.
CAUTION
The weight of the complete upper and lower arm
together is 18 kg

Lift the upper and lower arm assembly to mount-
ing position and slide it onto the guide pins.
