Analysis of the water content
It is recommended to check for water content in the oil every 12 month.
Effect on gearbox replacement
The table shows what effect the analyze result has on the replacement interval of
the gearbox.

• With more than 3% water content
there is a risk for corrosion in the
gearbox and reduced viscosity in
the oil.
