Greasing bearings
The procedure describes how to apply rust preventive on the support bearing.
NoteAction
Put the robot and the upper arm in a suitable posi-
tion.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Disconnect the air hose from motor axis 6.3
Remove the hose clamp on motor axis 6, and re-
move the air hose.

Remove the cover with gasket.5

Apply rust preventive on the bearing and cable
bracket with the brush.

Refit the cover with gasket.
Note
Replace gasket if damaged.

Refit the hose clamp.8
Connect the air hose to motor axis 6.9

Perform a leakdown test.10
