Remove the retaining ring on one side.4

Push the balancing device against the side
where the retaining ring is removed, to
push in the shaft end and make the balan-
cing device go free.
If this is not possible, the shaft end must
be pulled out a bit with the dismantle and
mounting tool, see Removing the shaft end,
cradle on page 223.

CAUTION
The weight of the balancing device (exclud-
ing cradle) is 140 kg
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly.
