GLA531 Series LGR-ICOS™ Gas Analyzer
X-Purge Type Protection System
The controller of an X-Purge protection system is located in a separate explosion-proof housing above the
analyzer enclosure (see Figure 34). An X-Purge controller receives AC power only, and the voltage input is set at
the ABB factory. Refer to the certification plate on the right side panel of the enclosure for the input voltage.

purge), illustrate the design of the pressurization system and
the power interlock of X-Purge type.
