Internal fan replacement
The unit has one internal fan under the first cover.
To replace the internal fan:
1. Open the main disconnector and circuit breaker(s) at the AC distribution board.
2. On the -S and -SX models, set the DC switch to the OFF position.
3. If present, open the circuit breakers or external DC switches between the inverter and PV
array(s).
4. Remove the first cover. Refer to First cover on
page 50.
5. Disconnect the internal fan cable.
6. Remove the cable from the cable clip and the
slot in the finger guard.
7. Loosen the fixing screws (T20) of the finger
guard.
8. Remove the finger guard.
9. Pull the fan assembly (fan and rubber sleeve)
to remove it.
10. Attach the rubber sleeve to the new fan.
11. Align the fan assembly with the bracket so that
the air flow direction is correct.
12. Push the rubber feet into the bracket slots
firmly. Make sure all 4 feet are in place.
13. Attach the finger guard and torque the fixing
screws to 2 N·m.
14. Pull the cable through the slot and cable clip.
15. Connect the fan cable.
16. Attach the first cover.
17. Close the main disconnector and circuit breaker(s) at the AC distribution board.
18. Close the applicable circuit breakers between the inverter and PV array(s).
19. On the -S and -SX models, set the DC switch to the ON position.
