Operator Qualification and Safety

Study all instructions before operating. Avoid overloading and use on stable surfaces.

Lifting Procedures and Vehicle Support

Lift on specified points only. Support vehicle with stands immediately. No personnel under load.

Max 2 extensions, no alterations. Max air pressure 10 bar/145 psi. Non-compliance causes damage.

Assembly

Handle and Hose Installation

Turn jack upside down for handle mounting. Twist hoses around tube as shown (Fig. 1).

Operational Warnings and Preparation

Warning: Do not operate on side. Lubricate parts before use. Check air connection and capacity.

Using the Jack

Transport, Storage, and Handle Adjustment

Store standing. Lying may cause spillage. Adjust handle to 4 positions.

Lifting and Lowering Operation

Press top button to lift, bottom button to lower. Lower completely to protect cylinder.

Maintenance

General Maintenance and Lubrication

Qualified personnel only. Lubricate air motor daily. Monthly tasks include separator check and part lubrication.

Oil Level, Type, and Checks

Refill oil via hole (8). Use ISO VG 15 hydraulic oil. Never use brake fluid! Inspect for damage.

Safety Inspection

Annual Professional Inspection

Inspect for damages, wear, valve adjustment, leaks. Ensure safety labels are legible.

Troubleshooting

Lifting and Motor Issues

Jack not lifting: check oil. Motor slow/stops: check air filter.

Load Dropping and Cylinder Leaks

Load dropping: change valve cores. Cylinder leaks: change seals. Check for handling errors.

Replace worn/broken parts with genuine manufacturer parts only.

Disposal

Waste Oil Management

Oil must be drained off and legally disposed of.
