If this happens ... it means:
When the meter is turned
on, the date is shown as
0- 0 and the time as 0:00

O The meter was exposed to a temper-
ature below -10 °C and the battery is
beginning to freeze.
Eject the test strip or turn the meter
off. Move to a place where the tem-
perature is between +10 °C and
+40 °C and wait for the meter to
warm up.
O You have not set the time and date.
Set the time and date as described in
Chapter 3.2.4 “Setting the time-and-
date-format, time and date”.
