CONTROL PANEL OPERATING PROCEDURES
INTRODUCTION
The information in this Chapter provides a guide to the operation of the ACE Mini-Pack Semi-
instantaneous Water Heater with electric valve. The Control Panel is mounted on the front of
the unit. It is imperative that the initial startup of this unit be performed by factory trained
personnel. Operation prior to initial startup by factory trained personnel will void the
equipment warranty.
NOTE
The Control is programmed and tested with factory default settings based on customer’s order
information. These settings may have to change for different loads on the heater. Check the
operation of the heater at minimum and maximum loads. A constant supply pressure and
temperature of the input heat source to the heater is required.

ELECTRICAL VOLTAGES IN THIS SYSTEM MAY INCLUDE 120 AND 24 VOLTS AC. IT MUST
BE SERVICED ONLY BY FACTORY CERTIFIED SERVICE TECHNICIANS
CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION
The Control Panel shown in Figure1 contains all of the controls, indicators and displays
necessary to operate, adjust and troubleshoot the ACE Mini-Pack Semi-instantaneous Water
Heater.
