The Acebeam H30 is a triple LED rechargeable headlamp designed for versatile illumination, offering a maximum output of 4000 lumens. It is engineered to provide "Light Where You Want It," making it suitable for a wide range of scenarios.

Function Description:

The H30 headlamp utilizes a CREE XHP 70.2 LED for its primary light source, delivering powerful illumination. In addition to the main LED, it offers auxiliary LED options to cater to different needs.

Option 1: Features a CREE XPE2-R2 630nm LED for red light and a CREE XPE2-G3 530nm LED for green light.
Option 2: Includes a CREE XPE2-R2 630nm LED for red light and a Nichia 219C LED for high CRI (Color Rendering Index) light, which is beneficial for tasks requiring accurate color perception.
Option 3: Incorporates a CREE XPE2-R2 630nm LED for red light and a Nichia 276A 365nm LED for UV (ultraviolet) light, useful for specific applications like inspection or detection.

The headlamp is powered by a 21700 5100mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery, which is included, and also offers compatibility with 18650 batteries using an adaptor. It features a USB-C charging port that charges three times faster than standard USB connections, and the two-way USB-C cable allows the headlamp to function as a power bank for charging phones, tablets, and other devices.

The H30 is built with a highly efficient constant current circuit (Non-PWM) to ensure stable output and a maximum runtime of 200 hours. It includes an intelligent temperature controller that adjusts brightness based on the headlamp's operating status to prevent overheating. A low-voltage warning system alerts the user when the battery needs charging by flashing the light three times every five seconds.

The optical system features a toughened ultra-clear glass lens with an anti-reflective coating and integrated Precision Digital Optics Technology, which together provide extreme reflector performance. The headlamp is constructed from durable aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with a premium type III hard-anodized anti-abrasive finish, ensuring robustness and longevity. It is IPX68 waterproof, allowing submersion up to 2 meters, and has an impact resistance of 1 meter.

Usage Features:

The H30 offers six brightness levels, including an Ultra-Low mode, and a special Red SOS mode for emergencies. It incorporates a lock function to prevent accidental activation, which is engaged by a long press of the Square Switch for 6 seconds when the light is off, indicated by three flashes in Ultra-Low mode. To unlock, the same action is performed. Turbo-Max, Ultra-Low, and SOS modes are not memorized.

The headlamp is designed for comfortable wear with a chafe-free and breathable nylon headband that includes a silicone sweat-diverting strip to prevent sliding. All circuitry contact points are gold-plated for better conductivity and superior durability.

Operation Instructions:

Square Switch:
- Single click: Turns the light ON to the memorized mode, and another single click turns it OFF.
- Double click: Cycles between Turbo-Max and the memorized mode.
- Triple click: Activates Red SOS.
- Long press (when OFF): Activates Ultra-Low mode after 2 seconds.
Round Switch (when ON):
- Single click: Cycles through modes from Low → Medium → High → Turbo.
- Long press: Switches between the main light and the auxiliary light group.
Auxiliary Light Group (when in auxiliary light group):
- R+G Version: Single click to switch between Redlight and Green light.
- R+UV Version: Single click to switch between Redlight and UV light.
- R+CRI Version: Single click to switch between Redlight and CRI light.

Maintenance Features:

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, several maintenance practices are recommended:

Lubrication: Regularly lubricate the threads with professional-grade lubricant.
O-rings: Periodically swap out the O-rings to maintain the headlamp's water resistance.
Contact Surfaces: Keep all contact surfaces clean with an alcohol swab to prevent irregular flashes.
Battery Storage: Remove batteries during storage and keep lithium-ion batteries charged approximately every four months.
Disassembly: Unauthorized disassembly will void the warranty.
Heat Management: The headlamp will accumulate heat during extended use at Turbo/Turbo-Max levels. If the temperature reaches 65°C or above, the lamp will automatically step down in lumens to cool down. Once the temperature drops below 65°C, the user can reselect modes.

The Acebeam H30 is not intended for use as a diving light.

Warranty Information:

Acebeam offers a comprehensive warranty for its products:

15-day replacement: If a customer experiences any problems within 15 days of purchase, the dealer will replace the product.
5-year repair/replacement: For normal use failures within five years (60 months), the dealer will repair or replace the flashlight.
1-year warranty: Batteries, accessories, and lanterns with built-in batteries are warranted for one year (12 months). Magnetic charging products also have a one-year warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage from rough usage, non-compliance with the user manual, unauthorized disassembly, or battery leakage. For warranty inquiries, customers should contact Acebeam or their original dealer.
