8 Observe the post-installation instructions described on page 36.
To install the RAID BBU
1 Observe the ESD precautions and pre-installation instructions
described on page 35.
2 Remove the air baffles. See “To remove the small air baffle”
section on page 45.
3 Open the battery holder (A), then connect the cable inside the
battery pack (B).
4 Secure the battery cable to its chassis holder (A).
5 Attach the cable to the RAID BBU connector on the SAS mid-plane
board (B).
