13. USB 3.0: Default is “Off”. It can control determine the USB bandwidth. When USB 3.0
= "Off", DP ALT support to 3840x2160-144Hz. When USB 3.0 = "On", DP ALT support
timing by source.
14. HDMI2.1: Default is “Off. HDMI1 & 2 Support 3840x2160-60Hz. When HDMI2.1 = “On”
HDMI1&2 Support to 3840x2160-144Hz (GPU can support DSC).
