Pump Pressure

pump.
Water
pressure
gauge
will reflect
pump
pressure.
Verify
pump
pressure is 135 lbs 1vi1[in

lbs.
Adjust
pump
regulator
if necessary.

to energize
pump.
Check
for leaking of valve
while
pump is
activated.
4. Pnessure Relief

Steam
Tank
Check
fbr leaking
or seeping
of
Pressure Relief
Valve
5. Purge Valve
If
purge
valve
is
present on steam
tank. check to ensure the
valve is working
propcrly.
When
inlet
valve
is activated.
purge
valve should activate
sinrultaneously.
Check
to ensure
there
is no seepage when valve is not active.
6. Ain Check
Valve- Steam
Tank
Verify operation of
Air Check
valve
on steam tank by cycling
the
valve l0 times.
7. Drain
Steam
Tank
Turn the
power
off
to tlre machine
and drain steam tank
8. Triansducer Tubing
Check tubing from
steam tank
to transducer for intenral build-up. lf build-up
exists remove tubing
atrd clear build-up.
9. Tank Housings

Check outer
insulation of tlre Water

of milk
being
pulled
up the steam tube,
indicating a seeping
steam valve.

Steam Wand
Shut
Off Ball
Valve
Check the BallValve on
the front of the steam tan. Check for
a loose handle
and
steam seepage.
lf
this
is leaking
you
will
see a scale trail on
the
knob.
