Action
: Enabling register modified and ESB bit updated. This
instruction is associated with *ESE?
Clear status registers
- clear standard event register in RS 232
- clear standard event register and device status register in IEEE.
Action
: The device resets the status word register. If this command
is the first in a message, the output queue is reset. If not, the queue
is initialized on reception of the next message.
Status structure Registers
• Bit 0 of STB at 1 at the end of the measurement;
at 0 at the next acquisition or
if STATUS:ACQ? is read
• Bit 1 of STB at 1 if a warning is displayed;
at 0 when a message is read by STATUS:ERROR?
• Bit 2 warning: excessive temperature in a module
• Bit 4 of STB Message Available (MAV)
• Bit 6 of STB Master Summary Status (MSS)
