What to do if my Active Care Medical Prowler 3310 Scooter does not move?

  If your Active Care Medical Scooter isn't moving, here are a few things to check: * Ensure the key switch is in the “ON” position. * Check if the main circuit breaker has tripped and reset it if necessary; it is located in the trunk area. * Make sure the brake release lever is in ‘Drive Mode’ and not in ‘Freewheel Mode’. * Disconnect the charger if it's connected. * Recharge the battery if the power is low. * If the scooter shut down to conserve battery, cycle the key switch “OFF” and then “ON.” * If none of the above work, check the diagnostic light for a Flash Code and refer to Table 2 for a solution.
