What to do if my activecare medical Osprey 4410 Scooter does not move?
- MmooneyrobertAug 18, 2025
If your ActiveCare Medical Scooter isn't moving, there are several potential causes: * Ensure the key switch is turned to the “ON” position. * Check and reset the main circuit breaker located in the trunk area. * Verify the brake release lever is set to ‘Drive Mode,’ not ‘Freewheel Mode’. * Disconnect the charger if it's plugged in. * Recharge the battery if the power is low. * If the scooter shut down to conserve battery, cycle the key switch “OFF” and then back “ON”. * If it is a controller error, check the diagnostic light for a Flash Code and refer to Table 2 for the corresponding solution.
