Riding ACTON M® can be a dangerous activity. Certain conditions
may cause the equipment to fail without fault of the manufacturer.
Like other electric mobility products, the ACTON M® is intended to
move and accordingly it is possible for the rider to lose control, fall,
collide with other objects and/or get into dangerous situations that
no amount of care, instruction or expertise can completely eliminate.
If such things occur you can be seriously injured or die, even when
using safety equipment and using other precautions.
RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND USE COMMON SENSE.
This manual contains many warnings and cautions concerning the
consequences of failing to maintain, inspect or properly use your
ACTON M. Because any incident can result in serious injury or even
death, we do not repeat the warning of possible serious injury or
death each time.
