Depending on the severity of the
problem, the message will let you
know if you should see your dealer
immediately or if you can wait a
while.
You can then use message options to
call your dealer for an appointment,
to find the nearest dealer, or to find
out more information about the issue.
When you select the More Info
option, if the HFL is connected to a
cellular data service, AcuraLink
gathers more information about the
problem, and sends it to Acura.
There, the information is analyzed
and returned to the vehicle with the
most accurate repair information.

additional information, depending on
thetimeelapsedsincetheprevious
time you retrieved the information
from the Acura server.
When you make an appointment
through the Owner’s Link Online
Scheduling Service, you can be
reminded in advance about that
appointment through AcuraLink. If
you need to reschedule, you can call
your dealer directly with the HFL.
The timing of your reminder is
based on your reminder preference
established on Owner Link.
