Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. The warranty covers repair or replacement with a refurbished or new unit, at ACE's discretion, after inspection and confirmation of the defect. The warranty does not cover rubber and non-metallic synthetic parts that may need replacement due to normal usage, wear, or lack of preventative maintenance. It applies to products shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, and metropolitan areas of Alaska and Canada. Conditions not covered include improper installation, maintenance, misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, or damage from external events. The warranty is void if the equipment has been changed, altered, modified, or repaired without express written permission from ACE, or if the security seal is broken. This equipment is intended for commercial use only; using it in other than a commercial application voids the warranty.
