How to get the error log
Timeclock username is SuperUser,
the password is 2323098716
Open CMD.exe
Enter the following…
>ftp key in clock IP address
User: Enter Username
Password: Enter password
ftp> cd “/flash0/errlog/”
ftp> dir
ftp> hash
ftp> bin
ftp> hash
ftp> get “error.log”
ftp> quit
