Side Rails
To clean the sides of the oven, the left and right side rails can be re-
moved.
Taking out the side rails
1. Loosen the screw.
2. Pull the rails sidewards (1).
3. Lift the rails off the side attach-
ments (2).
3 To remove/replace the side rails, open
the cover on the meat probe socket.
