Overview

This document serves as the original instructions manual for the AEG OMNI 18C-PB Powerbase, a component of the AEG POWERTOOLS system. The manual emphasizes the importance of reading the instructions before operating the machine and notes that the product is subject to technical modifications.

Function Description

The AEG OMNI 18C-PB is a powerbase designed to drive various approved application heads of the AEG brand. It is a cordless power tool, indicated by its 18V battery voltage. The powerbase itself does not perform a specific task but provides the power and control for different application heads, allowing for a versatile range of functions depending on the attached head. The overview on page 3 illustrates several compatible application heads, including OMNI-RAD, OMNI-IH, OMNI-IR, OMNI-MT, OMNI-RH, and OMNI-JS, which can be purchased separately. The powerbase is designed to be operated only with a mounted application head, and these heads can be positioned in three different orientations on the powerbase.
