The
button can be used as follows:
Press once = This jumps back to the previous track.
Press twice = This plays the song before etc.
If the button is kept pressed down, the machine starts to
search through the tracks.

• The playback is stopped. The number of titles on the
storage medium is displayed.
• Only in USB mode:
Keep the button pressed to skip 10 songs forward. Pro
-
vided that there are more than 10 titles available.
PROG. / M. / P-MODE (10)
• In stop mode for programming any order of tracks (see
the section on “Playing Back Programmed Tracks”).
• When playing back music to select the replay mode (see
next chapter).
When playing an audio CD:
Press once = (REPEAT flashes) The current track is
repeated continuously.
Press twice = (REPEAT lit) The whole CD is played
continuously.
Press three times = (RAN appears in the display) All titles are
replayed successively in random order.
Press four times = All functions are cancelled. The normal
play mode is resumed.
Only for current audio files via USB:
Press once = (REPEAT flashes) The current track is
repeated continuously.
Press twice = The current folder is repeated contin
-
uously (the display will show REPEAT
FOLDER).
Press three times = (REPEAT lit) The whole CD is played
continuously.
Press four times = (RAN appears in the display) All titles are
replayed successively in random order.
Press five times = All functions are cancelled. The normal
play mode is resumed.
Playing Back Programmed Tracks
This can be used to program any desired sequence of tracks.
1. Press the
/ +10 / M.+ button.
2. Press the PROG. / M. / P-MODE button. “P 01” (Storage
space) and the notification “PROGRAM” will appear in the
display. Use the / buttons to select the desired
track and then press the MODE button again. The display
changes to memory slot P 02.
3. Select the next track with the / buttons and press
the PROG. / M. / P-MODE button again. Repeat the proce-
dure until all the desired tracks are selected.
NOTE:
Once the storage capacity of the tracks to be pro-
grammed has been reached “FUL” flashes in the display.
4. Press the / –10 / M.– button. The playback starts. The
notification “PROGRAM” will appear additionally in the
display.
5. Press once the
/ +10 / M.+ button to stop the playback
while retaining the program.
6. To play the programme back again, press the / –10 / M.–
button.
The device stops automatically after all programmed titles
have been played. The listed sequence remains in the memo-
ry until you switch to a different operating mode.
Deleting a Programmed Sequence
To delete the program, press the / +10 / M.+ button twice.
The notification “PROGRAM” will disappear.
PC / AUX IN socket
For connecting to external players, e.g. MP3 player, smart-
phone, tablet PC etc.
1. Please connect the external device with a 3.5 mm stereo
jack plug to the PC / AUX IN socket.
2. Start the playback of your audio source. You will hear
the sound playback from the external device through
the loudspeakers. Use the
/ buttons to adjust the
volume. The control buttons are not operational.
3. For the remaining procedure please see the operating
instructions of the external sound source.
NOTE:
Adjust the volume of the external device to a comfortable
level.
Reset device to factory settings
1. Switch the device to radio mode.
2. Important! The radio stations you saved will be deleted.
Keep pressing the / +10 / M.+ button. The device then
switches to CD mode.
