4. CONFIGURATION
OPTIONS
To adapt to various system
requirements, the AERMEC S.p.A.
module is available in the following
configurations:
• standard, in which the heat pump
and the electric heating element
are heat sources (SWP200, SWP300
model);
• with auxiliary coil for use in
conjunction with boiler or solar
panels (SWP200 S1, SWP300 S1);
• with double coil so that three
energy sources are available
simultanously (SWP200 S2, SWP300
S2).
The use of the SWP is a partial
application of Controlled Mechanical
Ventilation. This offers have heat pump
operation, guaranteeing air exchange
without needing to open the windows.
This improves not only air quality, but
also energy performance levels; in fact,
Controlled Mechanical Ventilation is
necessary to achieving a Class A home
as it stops heat loss following natural air
exchange processes while increasing
the efficiency of the heat pump.
