4. Frame Screw Maintenance:
Afreda's frame has over a hundred sets of screws. Routine screw maintenance is
crucial. The screws highlighted in red circles in the diagram are the ones that require
attention.
a. Screw loss: If you notice any screws missing, contact customer service or
after-sales support immediately to arrange replacement to prevent safety hazards.
When installing new screws, be sure to apply thread locker.
b. Loose screws: Before riding, checking the main parts for loose screws is crucial.
The screws indicated in the diagram should be thoroughly inspected. If any are
loose, tighten them, using thread locker for reinforcement if necessary.
c. Rusty screws: If you find rust on the screws, handle it accordingly. If it's serious,
use rust remover. In extreme cases, consider replacement.
5. Headlight and control panel Maintenance:
a. Headlight repair: If the headlight malfunctions, start by checking the wiring and
measuring the voltage at the busbar. If the voltage is normal, the issue is likely
with the headlight, which can be replaced directly. If the busbar power supply is
abnormal, it may be a busbar problem and can be replaced.
