4.12.2 Install the Blind Knives

Procedure

1. Storage for the removed knives is behind the

side door on the right and you attach them

with a cotter pin.

2. Go in the machine and push the blind knives

diagonally down to the knife axle.

3. Turn the lever of the knife axle up.

4. Release the tailgate with the hydraulic shut-

o valve (1).

5. Close the tailgate with the controller in the

tractor.

6. Lift the feed channel ﬂoor up with the

controller and double acting valve in the

tractor.

7. Retract the cutting device with the controller

and double acting valve in the tractor.
