4.20 Lubricate the Tailgate and Tensioning Arm Rollers (only RPC 160
V)
4.20.1 Loosen the Belts
Procedure
1. Turn "OFF" the tractor and remove the key.
2. Pull the wire (1) behind the hook (2) to lock
the rocker arm.
3. Start the tractor engine.
4. On the controller on the page “Adv. Menu >
Manual Control” open the tailgate
completely, then lower it to 1/4 of its full
distance.
5. Turn "OFF" the tractor and remove the key.
6. Attach the tailgate with the hydraulic shut-o
valve (1).

4.20.2 Lubricate
Procedure
Lubricate the rollers and parts refer to the lubrication chart.
4.20.3 Tighten the Belts
Procedure
1. Release the tailgate with the shut-o valve.
2. Unlock the rocker arm.
3. Start the tractor engine.
4. On the controller on the page “Adv. Menu > Manual Control” open the tailgate fully.
