1.4.12 Install the Film Knife Cover
Procedure
1. Release the spring clip and remove the film
knife covers (2) from the holder.
2. Install each film knife cover on the knives (1)
and attach them with the spring clips.

1.4.13 Remove the Film Knife Cover
Procedure
1. Release the spring clips and the film knife
covers (1) from the film knives.
2. Install the film knife covers in the holders and
attach with the spring clips.

1.4.14 Wrapping Ring Safeguard 1
The wrapping ring safeguard 1 is two hydraulic valves which lock the wrapping ring in the transport
position.
Use the wrapping ring safeguard 1 when in the transport position or during maintenance. If the wrapping
ring is folded for extended periods of time you must attach a mechanical device to stop it lowering.
This is necessary because hydraulic pressure loss can occur.
