To set up the source distortion test
Performance Test and Operation Verification
This test verifies that the Agilent 89410A meets its source specification for
harmonic and other spurious products. In this test, a spectrum analyzer is
connected to the 89410A’s source. The source is set to five frequencies and
two amplitudes while the spectrum analyzer measures distortion and
spurious responses from 100 Hz to 40 MHz (the ‘’Performance Test Record’’
at the end of this chapter lists the frequencies and amplitudes).
