  Excessive fluctuation in the pressure gauge of your agrional Paint Sprayer can be due to several reasons: * Air being sucked into the pump through the suction union. To resolve this, examine the suction hose and suction union, ensuring they are firmly secured. * Air not being fully evacuated from the pump. You can fix this by running the pump with the outlet hose open to evacuate any trapped air. * Locked valves. In this case, you should clean or replace the valves. * Gasket leaks. Clean or replace the gaskets.

  If you notice oil coming out of the discharge port and water in the oil tank of your agrional Paint Sprayer, it indicates that one or more diaphragms have split. To fix this, drain the pump of oil, dismantle the heads, and fit new diaphragms. Then, refill to the correct oil level using motor oil (SAE 20W40).
