Starting
Before switching on the device, check
that Diffusair is turned off.
· Pull off Diffusair’s cover and tank cover.
· Fill in the tank with cold tap water without
exceeding the ‘‘MAX’’ level.
· Add 3 to 10 essential oil drops.
· Replace the housing and tank covers then
plug the cord in an electrical socket.
· Diffusair is now ready to use.
· Diffusair automatically switches off when the
tank is empty. Refill the tank and close it again.
· Diffusair is now ready to work again.
Operating instructions
Power switch (⑤)
· Press the power switch once to turn the
device on.
· Press the power switch a second time to
turn the LED light off.
· Press the power switch a third time to
turn Diffusair off.
Timer (⑥)
· One pressure on the ‘‘timer’’ button sets
a continuous diffusion of 5 minutes.
· Two pressures on the ‘‘timer’’ button sets
a continuous diffusion of 10 minutes.
· Three pressures on the ‘‘timer’’ button
sets a continuous diffusion of 15 minutes.
· Four pressures on the ‘‘timer’’ button
sets a continuous diffusion of 20 minutes.
· Five pressures on the ‘‘timer’’ button sets
a continuous diffusion of 30 minutes.
‘‘Aroma Wave’’ Function (⑦)
· Press once the ‘‘Aroma Wave’’ button for an
automatic switch between 5 minutes diffusion
and 10 minutes break.
· Press a second time the ‘‘Aroma Wave’’
button for an automatic switch between 10
minutes diffusion and 20 minutes break.
· Press a third time the ‘‘Aroma Wave’’ button
for an automatic switch between 10 minutes
diffusion and 10 minutes break.
The ‘‘Aroma Wave’’ function offers a better
perception of the aroma and helps in saving
essential oil.
Caution
· Check that the housing is not swamped.
· Do not use solvents or abrasive products when
cleaning the device.
· Change the water in the tank at least once
every 72 hours (in case of occasional usage)
in order to avoid any bacteria growth.
Maintenance
Daily maintenance
· Before any operation, unplug the device.
· Empty the water from the tank and rinse off with
clear water in order to remove any eventual
scale deposit.
· Dry the tank with absorbant tissue.
Monthly maintenance
· Fill the tank with 100 mL of water added with
a small quantity of white vinegar.
· Dry the transducer, clean it with a soft brush
and wipe it with a soft tissue.
Storage
· Clean as previously recommended with a white
vinegar-based solution.
· Let the device dry.
· Store in a dry place, preferably in its original
packaging. Avoid high temperatures.
