What to do if my Air Oasis Cool Mist Humidifier has no mist or low mist?

  If your Air Oasis Humidifier is producing no mist or low mist, make sure that both ends of the absorption tubes have been soaked in water and properly reassembled. Also, check that the springs are in place, the water tank has no more than 2.5L of water, and that you've used tap water to fill the tank. You may also need to clean the mist outputs with a cotton swab and vinegar.

  If your Air Oasis Humidifier isn't turning on, verify that the power button has been pressed and that the power cord is not loose or broken. Also, ensure you're using the correct plug connector and that your humidifier is using the correct cord.

  Your Air Oasis Humidifier may suddenly stop because it runs for a set duration: 8 hours with both mist nozzles active or 16 hours with one mist nozzle active. To continue use, simply press the power button again.
