Function Description:

The core function of the Airdeer® A1 is its automatic trash bag management. It utilizes a patented flexible-packaging refill ring, which contains a continuous, 10-meter long tubular plastic film. This film is designed with an easy-to-open stitching method, allowing the plastic film for garbage bags to be separated from the outer packaging film by simply pulling out a stitching thread. This enables the automatic bag loading mechanism to continuously draw out new bags as needed. A single refill ring can provide approximately 20 garbage bags.

Beyond bag management, the trash can features an infrared sensor flip lid for hands-free operation. When an object is detected within 10-20cm above the infrared induction port, the lid automatically opens and closes after a few seconds of the object leaving the sensing area. This side infrared sensing technology ensures a full-coverage flip lid design. The device also incorporates voice prompts to guide users through various operations, such as "Bag loading is complete," "Low battery, please charge," and "Start packing."

The automatic packing function is activated by a long press of the touch key. The trash can will then seal the current bag. If the trash is overfilled, the device will prompt the user to either press the touch key within 5 seconds to continue packing or manually compress the garbage. The big lid can also be manually lifted for overfull packing without relying on the automatic detection function. Once packing is complete, the device prompts the user to remove the packed bag, and then automatically loads a new bag.

Usage Features:

First-Time Setup: Upon receiving the trash can, users should remove the pre-shipped refill bags from inside the can. Installation of a new refill ring involves removing the bag cabin lid, placing the new ring, compressing it, and then pulling out the stitching thread. After turning on the power, the trash can will automatically load a bag, accompanied by a "Bag loading is complete" voice prompt.
Infrared Sensor Flip Lid: The lid opens automatically when an object is within 10-20cm of the infrared sensor port. It closes after a few seconds of the object leaving the area. If the infrared signal persists for more than 5 seconds, the lid enters a "normally open mode" and will only close after the touch key is pressed.
Normally Open Mode: This mode can be activated by tapping the touch key once when the lid is closed, or if the infrared sensor detects a continuous signal for over 5 seconds. In this mode, the lid remains open until the touch key is tapped again to close it. If the lid is opened by infrared induction and then the touch key is tapped, it will also enter the normally open mode. The lid can also be manually blocked while closing (if the angle is greater than 45 degrees) to revert to the open state and enter normally open mode.
Automatic Packing and Bag Loading: To pack trash, long-press the touch key until the "Start packing" voice prompt is heard. The trash can will then automatically pack the garbage. If overfilled, the device will prompt for user intervention (pressing the touch key or manual compression). After packing, a "Packing complete, please take it out" prompt will sound, and a new bag will be automatically loaded.
Charging: When the "Low battery, please charge" voice prompt is heard, connect the USB Type-C charging cable to a 5V/1A (or more) power adapter. The charging indicator lights up red during charging and green when fully charged. Automatic bag loading is disabled when the battery is low.
Refill Ring Installation: New refill rings can be installed with the power on (long-press touch key after installation) or with the power off (discharge circuit board by tapping touch key, then follow initial setup steps).
Restarting the Trash Can: If the trash can operates abnormally, turn off the power switch, tap the touch key to discharge the circuit board, then turn the power switch back on. A fan rotation sound and "Welcome to Airdeer automatic trash can" voice prompt indicate a successful restart.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning: The device should be cleaned with a soft cloth using a small amount of water or neutral detergent. Avoid scratching with hard objects, rinsing directly with water, or soaking in water. For decorative lines, wipe back and forth parallel to the lines.
Infrared Sensor Port: Keep the infrared sensor port clean to maintain optimal sensing sensitivity. A dirty port can reduce sensitivity or cause the flip lid to move by mistake.
Storage: If not used for a long time, turn off the power and store the product in a cool, dry place.
