Use the UP (20) key for this.
 Select "paste"
 Press OK (22) to confirm.
The file has been copied
NOTE:
The USB stick you use must be formatted as FAT32 file system. The
device does play files from an NTFS formatted USB stick, but the
APM100 cannot copy files to it. You must transfer the files to the USB
stick via the computer
