Summary

Step 1: Attach Cross Bar

Important Note: Cross Bar Orientation

Ensure the open side of all cross bars faces upwards during installation.

Step 2: Attach Base Assembly and Center Brace

Mobile Kit Note: Skip Center Braces

For Mobile Kit (30424), do not attach center braces (D).

Step 2 a: Install Bases and Center Braces

Base Attachment Points

Bases attach in two places to the vertical bar and cross bar.

Step 3: Mobile Kit Installation

Attach Swivel and Fixed Casters

Install swivel casters (K, L) and fixed casters (M) with bolts and nuts.

Step 4: Attach Handle

Handle Placement

Attach handle (O) to the end with swivel casters (K, L).

Step 5: AkroBin Rack Assembly Selection

Select Cross Bar Arrangement

Choose the appropriate cross bar layout for your AkroBin model.

AkroBin Specific Assembly Instructions

5 a: Model 30224-30320 Assembly

Install hand-loose, use mallet; two cross bars, one empty hole pattern.

5 b: Model 30210-30250 Assembly

Install hand-loose, use mallet; one cross bar, one empty hole pattern.
